No worries. It's MY car in the garage. Hers' gets parked on the street. (Live in the hills where practically no one has a driveway, myself included).

When the wife and I got married she lost the garage to the bike. She kept trying to get into the garage so I bought her a bike. She still wanted to get into the garage so I bought myself a second bike. Now her car stays outside with my truck and the bikes, all three of them, rest easy in "my" garage.

I totally get putting priorities in the garage. Its the morons who put junk in a usable garage and forsake valuable cars, trucks and motorcycles, for a bicycle no one rides, a lawn mover that doesn't run and lawn furniture no one uses.

First thing I built before any remodel of the house was a 36 x 50 garage with part of it being a heated wood shop.

My truck and boat in unheated part / bike in heated part. 34 degrees all winter unless I work out there and crank it up

Garage will fit one more car but it is 200 feet behind the house

Too far for the wifey to walk

It also doubles as a beer cave for me and the buds, and most of the year my home away from home.

Too cold in my garage for man cave. That's downstairs. Truck and Harley stay in garage.

Only a single garage too. No room for my piece of crap car.
It's carpeted, and contains my Harley, my GSX streetfighter and my tools.

Don't need a man cave, that's what the clubhouse is for!

I've owned my Shovelhead for 30+ years and my Camaro even longer so neither sits in the cold or or the summer sun. Having a 28' wide by 50" deep brick building helps.

BTW...also inside are 2 FLHX'S, a FLHTPI, and a '70 GTO. Plus a handy lift and a fully stocked Fridigidaire.

+1

My truck and bike are in the garage, and wifey's truck is outside. At least I give her an extension cord to plug her block in when it gets real cold.
