Just get you stage 1 Arlen Ness A/C and then you put a cover over the end of it like this.
I got this on mine.

Or like the other link.. Good ones on there too..

I went with the Hurricane flow from NRHS, very good quality and performance.

Carlini Air Cleaners are on my radar as well but a bit spendy.

Curious for the forums opinion. and cannot wait to be told to use google [which i have] and that i'm a dumby because i should know everything. I love you guys so go for it.

too bad that wouldn't fit my Ultra Classic. I would've offered you a $Hundred bucks for your used Hypercharger. It would be worth at least that much just for the snickers, stares & looks I wouldv've got at my local bike night. Nothing screams 'poser' like a Hypercharger on an Ultra Classic!

I'm partial to the S&S air cleaner. (I went with the Desperado model). Won't draw a crowd but always looks good and never goes out of style.

I had the same situation as you. My Fatboy had the hypercharger and I didn't think it looked right. After a lot of looking at other bikes and pics from this sight, I decided on the timeless s&s teardrop. It's simple and it just works with a Harley, I never get tired of that look. I have to admit, though, RSD makes some badass aircleaners.

I like the simple look of an open element with a ball milled cover or something similar.

Just get a round K&N filter to fit your bike and run a CD as a 'cover' till you decide what you want as a cover. You'll probably end up with something with a K&N filter anyway.

The CD is an interesting trick until you find the right cover. I really think i like the Carlini or the Kuryakyn hi-five mach2
