It is important that the 1st night or so you stay with it in the garage or carport to make it feel secure.

The best thing would be to let it sleep in the house with you for a day or two but wife's/GF's sometimes have issues with that and the ensuing fighting that will occur can upset the new bike as well.
i dont care who you are thats funny right there

LOL...I hear ya!

Believe it or not, my last Harley, I kept in the kitchen of my apartment every night (back in the 80s).

I have wanted a Road King ever since the first time I saw one. I will spoil this one I know.

Hey....the guy I am buying from , it was like a job interview when I talked to him. He wanted to know how old my son was, what kinda work I did, what I was gonna do with the bike (was I gonna chop it, etc.). He actually turned down another guy who was gonna bring him cash that day and wait on me til Monday because he thought I should have it...LOL.

He sent me pictures of his 'new' bike, the reason he was selling this one. He went through every detail about the oil, service and every upgrade he had ever made on the bike. We already have quite a relationship and have never even met!

I'm willing to bet that almost everytime you park it, you'll walk about 10 feet, stop and take another look at it before leaving (especially when riding it to work). I really like the color setup. Saaaweeet ride!!! If the kid decides to go back to college, tell her it's her turn to pay, you're keeping the Harley.
