Thanks for posting picture! I have to show this to wife, she will never be able to complain again about how cluttered my garage’s are.

I'm kinda in the same boat. However, my garage is a little bit bigger. But, I'm starting to do the overhaul of turning the garage/storage shed into the bike shop. The vehicle will be parked outside, 100% of the time. Of course, I live in Las Vegas, so the only weather I've got to worry about on my vehicle is the sun, and that can be a real concern. However, the driveway (where it will be parked) is on the south facing end of the house, so it gets all the shade.

Good luck.

I built a 24x24 garage around 5 years ago, which is as big as I can get away with on my lot. For extra storage, I designed an attic room with a pull-down staircase that's big enough to stand up in.

It seemed massive when it was built, and I couldn't imagine ever filling it up. Now there's barely room to move. Inherited an old Rambler that I'm hoping to restore, added the FXSTC and a Sporty. The attic has become the place you put the crap that you don't want and don't need but can't get rid of.

I've come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a garage that's big enough.

The 4 wheel vehicles are always out.......I plan to build a shed for the garden tools and saws, etc you cannot see in this pic. There is also an 05 VStar Classic (used to be hers) that is up for sale I hope to move out.

Even after those go, garage is for the bikes, table set with appropriate HD decals and beer fridge. Adding different bike and/or tools, maybe a lift OK. But I don't think I will ever have enough space.
