Funny how some don't know that with 5 Haas machining centers and three axes ( sp) water jet and in house painters that OCC makes their own foot pegs, hand grips, seats, handle bars and anything else on the bike except the motor. They have turned out some great wheels.
Not on very machine but on what ever one that they want a certain style.

BUT, they built their little "empire" by embellishing other people's stuff...
They used WCC tin FOREVER ... you might like the style of those bikes they built (although I can't see why) but they are NOT fabricators by any stretch of the imagination ...

Anybody ever see the old mans " first " bike ? The one that supposedly won some show somewhere ? Chi*k-a-dea show boat nothing trick about it , all off the shelf bolt on crap only thing missing was the fuzzy dice , oh wait a minute that's most bikes out there today I'm sorry .
If it comes out of a catalog somewhere and I don't care whose it is it's a mass produced part , there's thousands just like . Nothing personal .

Would you have liked him better if he wore Khakis and penny loafers and never took any chances ...?
Are you sure you have a Harley and not a Vespa ...?

I will tell you what I would be more proud living my life to the fullest dying early then being a waste of skin going through life wasting my days trying to prolong them from a rocking chair.
So who was stupid? He got up every single day getting paid to play while a guy like you or me has to wastes away at punching a clock sought to say.
As for calling the man a circus freak when he isn't here to defend himself and especially calling Bunny one too without knowing her just shows us where your coming from. But that circus freak as you say had more talent in his pinky and more life memories in his cut short life then you will ever achieve in your whole long lived life time.
Btw, He was such the circus freak you claim as well as Bunny that if you said those words in person in this area you might not make it 5 feet without head trauma. Never seen a circus freak carry that much respect.

C'mon. Who would even think of making a motorcycle frame out of chain link - and then riding it hundreds of mile, not sitting it on a showroom floor. A pure creative genius. The guy was a wizard that will be sorely missed by the motorcycole community and all that new him. RIP.

as noted by matt below:
That's because they finally started to hire people that know how to do that..
