Which can be OK if you own an old Studebaker.

I like the light shape and size (but not where it is now), I would put it on the fender (frenched in would be nice) and move the tiny turn indicators there as well. Leave the license plate where it is but turn it side ways to thin the look out a bit. Also while we are fixing your bike for you (lol), replace the handle bars, hand grips and foot pegs.

I think it would look OK center fender (if your fender wasn't bobbed that is.), but not so much on the side there. IMHO.
