It's different. Get a new tire and route the taillight wiring along the frame in a wiring loom.

looks like a 1940 ford tailight to be honest it looks silly the plate even looks like a car, and yes get a tire

I would require a tail light that can be seen from the other side of the bike as well for safety reasons. That means either a center mounted light or 2 side mounted lights, regardless of what style they are. Nothing wrong with chevrons though.

I like it ok but I agree with cleaning up the wiring a bit.

Chevrons are ok, but the whole thing is just too big for me.

I wont tell you to get a new tire........someone else will shortly though

Your light is unsafe.

And hanging all that stuff off the side of your bike might have cleaned up your bobbed fender, but can't you see what it does to the rest of your bike?

Well, I don't think it looks too good. I suspect you feel the same way or you wouldn't have asked. Sportys look best minimalized, playing up a stripped down street look. If you're concerned about having light on both sides it's easy to rig a bullet running light to the swingarm on the right side. Something smaller and preferably LED would work nice with that plate holder. Model-T, catseye, etc. As others have said make the wiring more sano and it'll look a lot better.
