yep, I run an evo and I let it warm a bit even if its 90 outside,replacing base gaskets sucks

I learned the hard way with my '93 Sportster. I didn't know you were supposed to warm Harley's up.

With my '02 Heritage, I always let it warm up so the rockers are warm to the touch before I head out.

I always let it warm up long enough to get my rocker boxes warm

Doesn't matter if its December or July...I always let her warm up for 3-4 minutes. Usually while I m fiddling with my helmet, gloves and sunglasses.

Like many others, the bike doesn't roll until the rocker boxes are warm.

That is what I was going to say, you can tell that she does not care for it if you pull off before she is ready.

Mine runs until the jugs are warm/hot to the touch.Any weather.
