I had a similar accident wit a car. The guy would not cooperate untill I had an attorney write a scathing letter. I must have scared the guy to death because the next day after getting the letter we settled up and was done with the whole mess. Try it...it works wll!!!

A call to the state insurance regulators is a hit against the insurance company's ratings no matter what the complaint is. Multiple complaints affects their standings in the insurance community. A.M. Best is the guardian/collector of these ratings and publishes a whos who each year with the results. Any company who slips from the pedestal starts looking for the heads who caused it. You can stir the pot with little effort. Good luck friend.

 

Let your insurance handle it. you will pay your deductible but when they subragate against the other company you will get your deductible back. That's one reason you have insurance. If you have any personal injury GET A LAWYER. Been there, done that.
