the only biker bar i know of around here is 40miles north in akron.. i havnt been there in years.. seemed kind of a poser place then but i have only been there in the afternoon for lunch.. there was a place i grew up going to (since 16yo)there was always bikes outside including mine.. it was sold the new owners turned it into a pretty bad strip club(they always had bikini dancers but it wasnt the main event)they got shut down for having a 14yo girl on stage during a raid for drugs and prostitution..there is a quaker state nearby but that is a resturant with a bike nite not a hangout..

that's about the size of it yep......

one place around here is the Wellington Pub, cheapest place in town to drink at $2.10 glass $3.75 pint, good food too. you can park your bikes right at the windows to keep an eye on them.

another place is DEE ZEE 's and the Crown and Anchor on hwy 19 heading through Bowser

Absolutely nothing left in my area anymore. Within 50 miles anyway. Over time the college kids have taken over everything. Then a few years ago, the county changed all the alcohol rules and it's impossible to even open a bar anymore. Any business who sells alcohol to be consumed on the premises has to have 51% of its gross receipts from the sale of food.

There was several biker bars here when I was 20 but not anymore. I thought then things would one day change in this stupid *** county, and they did, for the worse! Hell, we still have to drive 30 miles for a bottle of liquor.... SE Georgia good ole boys and the biblethumpers.

Rant Over...

Starbucks and TGI Fridays for sure. The really hard core riders go the The Motor Bar and Grill at the HD museum.
