Pc racing or other reusable billet oil filters

700% more flow? As far as I know Fram doesn't make filters for Harleys. Whats the part number? I'm sure a paper filter will capture contaminates smaller them what you can see with the naked eye. Those are the ones you want. Oil needs to be at a certain temp to flow properly between all the parts, so cooling oil will cause it to thicken. So how much does this filter guarantee to cool the oil? By my figureing if you change you filter every 5,000 miles per the book, that's 20 filters needed in 100,000 miles of riding, figure $7 a filter, the chrome ones cost more but don't filter any better, About $140 and you have a known clean filter, with no mess to clean up and the uncertainty if you cleaned it well enough. And add the fact that most people don't keep their bikes forever, or even more then a few years the added cost for something that requires more work to perform a simple task like changing the oil, can't see how it will pay for itself.,,
