You look like you belong on that bike! I got my Iron Mistress on April 28th, and have put on 18,889 miles as of today. Riding to me is a cleansing of the soul and lifting of the spirit. Unfortunately my wife won't ride so I mostly ride with my riding buddy. Once in awhile my daughter rides two up with me, so that will have to do until she goes away to the Peace Corp in March. Glad you have a riding partner and wish you all the best. Keep the shiny side up!

 

Congrats and stop worrying about the twisties. Everybody does their own speed and they'll get more comfy as you put on more and more miles. Ride safe.
