I rode with a helmet maybe 95% of the time. Luckily I was wearing it when I wrecked about 6 months ago. I will be wearing one 100% of the time from now on.

 

Don't have to but always do.

 

Only mandatory if your 17 or under here in OK, I have gone done twice, once without once with, if i should go down again it will be with a helmet on. I noticed the decision to wear it became easier after my son was born a 15 months ago. That being said I do not believe our GOV should tell us to wear them. All about personal choice for me.

Left my fur lined flyers hat in my semi when I flew home this time so I've been wearing mine the last couple cause it's been pretty phukin cold.

 

Ride in PA alot where you don't have to wear one, the first time I took it off to see what it was like. Always keep it on now when I ride there, my hair gets to messy and anything I put on my head blows off. I would wear the helmet anyway but it should be the riders choice.

 

Never wear a helmet, feel very unsafe with false security.Those of you that feel otherwise do not try to understand this.Started riding Harleys the summer of 62.

 

Would rather be "done" then laid up for the rest of my life being a burden to everyone around me.

It is all about choice.

 

They don't even require eye protection up on Maine ...
