Default 96'' backfire

Recently added SERT/VH longshots & a SE breather to my '10 FLSTC. Excellant pick-up in performance but I,m getting a little backfire on throttle off.HD tech says this is normal with the added fuel unless I want him to lean it out? Any thoughts from the motorheads.Thanks.

Unless you spend the bucks to do a dyno tune it'll be difficult to get the decel pop completely out. If it's not huge pops (you said a little backfire) it won't hurt anything. Enjoy the improvement. It'll cool it down in traffic too.

Find a dyno tuner who has experience with Harley's and the SERT SEST tuners and have the bike dyno tuned.
