Do you take your soft lowers off when it gets above 50 degrees or so? Does it make much difference with engine temperature? Is the same true for the hard lowers?

The Merlot Lowers with air vent arrived yesterday at my house from Chicago Harley...now I just need for my 2011 Road King Standard to arrive at the dealer in Montrose, CO......I think the lowers will add style and wind protection for the RK...
