Speaking of trends that have come and gone...

Not only Platform Shoes (speaking of Boones Farm & TJ Swan), but the platform shoes with the lucite soles. You could pop the heel off and put stuff in there. Some people put glitter or something, but some put water and a goldfish!

Keep on truckin' baby!

Now that's a chopper! Can't tell you the degree of rake, but the springer was a 21 over. Rode great until you had to turn around, or U turn, then it required about 40 acres.
That is a chopper! Not the bikes of the 90's they were kind of like the "Hairbands" of the 80's. All pretty and ****, but no chance of standing the test of time. just mu .02

For most it will be just another fun thing to do or be seen doing; for a few others, a passion and for fewer still, a part of their lifestyle....

Not that it was a fad, but I miss the old Harley Shops (dealerships), and the bikers that just hung out there. Now, If ya seen one Harley-Davidson dealership, ya pretty much seen them all!

I grew up and was into bikes in the late 60,early 70's and love the choppers from that era, but the ones from Big Dog,OCC and others with the wide rear tires are nice, but I really don't like the look,

I did like watching all the build-offs, Indian Larry knew how to build a bike.

I think Harley became a trend sometime back in the 90's and never been the same since.
