Yup, I rode.
Don't need to worry about dodgeing deer tonight, but did have to dodge a couple buses this morning.

Beautiful day in SoCal today, but I couldn't ride in to work. Today is Feast on the Beast day at work and I had to bring in enough food to feed 12 people. Most people call it the office Thanksgiving party.

As far as hating California. I've lived her my whole life. I don't hate it, it's been good to me, but I don't like it anymore. It used to be great, but not anymore. Too many problems that are not going to get solved. Other than my job and the weather, I can't wait to leave. 6 years to retirement and I'll probably leave the state.

: ( I dont mind the cold but the severe winds I must admit have beaten me. Here in the DC area they are up to 45mph today.
I have left the home with 28 degrees and rode 75mph on the highway. Rode in torrential rain but the last time those winds were above 35mph it was really rough. As much as I was fighting it, the vans and trucks on the road were swerving around too.
Just not worth the amount of years in stress for me yet. Only been on the road for about 2000 miles. My ride to work and home is 3 hours. usually the most fun 3 of the day though.

Will ride tomorrow and then most days. Not too keen on riding with a NyQuil hangover.

[quote=deadhawg;7545854]I wasn't the guy who said they hate living in so cal, but I do live there. It has it's good points, the weather being one of the biggest, but lots of things about it suck big time. Traffic, smog, liberal, tree hugging, gun hating morons, high taxes, stupid laws, posers and rubs.

I always wanted to move to cali, I quess im better off staying in Florida...Crash

Is that worse than a Bud / Tequilla hangover? Ridden with plenty of those before.
