Ok so my tour pack had 2 latches and they each locked. So I did not need to drill and add a separate lock. Well I lost one and all I have found is through Harley dealer and they are all smooth finish and no lock for them. Anyone know where I can find locking latches? Thank you in advance.

 

There's a lock for the tour pak that's about 20 bucks and doesn't involve the latches. It can be keyed to your ignition key. I haven't heard of one that uses the latches.
