Damn sure worth considering something that looks good, yet still can be seen. I want the guy behind me to know I am stopping.

Sometimes I think cool gets in the way of smart. Evolution in action.

I wonder why they put the smoked lenses on, too. I like all the visibility I can get.

Same with a lot of custom stuff. It looks cool so they buy it, unfortunately function suffers. Some people choose style over substance.

Small tail lights are real cool until a cage runs up on you.

I've often thought there was a direct correlation between the size/brightness of a man's taillights and that persons IQ. The bigger/brighter the taillight indicates a much higher IQ. I don't have any scientific proof of this theory, except that I've never run across one of those guys with a half-dollar sized tail light riding with a Mensa sticker on their bike....

Been there, done that... no you cannot see them in bright sunlight...a lot of LEDs look brighter in dim light, but put them in direct sunlight and you have to light a match to see if they are on.

The same question came to my mind. I was thinking of swapping out my stock tail lights for the silver bullet tail lights.....but there not much bigger than a half dollar. I'd rather be seen.

My rigid has a single 1157 bulb in it on the left side of the rear axle. I know it's not adequate, but yes I realize the consequences and accept them, too.

I used to have a white/clear lens with a complete LED panel behind it. Local law enforcement told me to change over to a red lens or they would harrass me until I did. The LED was sooooooo freaking bright, too. Derrr...
