Default Buddy went down yesterday.

He was at a light and made sure the first car behind came to a full stop, which it did. However, as he anticipated and was focused on the light to change green, bam, he was down. The woman behind had turned to attend to one of her kids in the back seat and her foot slipped off the brake and on to the gas pedal. He's ok except for a nasty bruise on his leg where the handlebar pressed into his leg as he went down. He figures about $4k damage, but we'll see. At least it happened at the end of the season. Score one more for the cages, be safe!

Glad he was okay - he may have actually saved a child's life just by being there and keeping her car from rolling into traffic!

I think its time to test I.Q's before they test driving skills! Glad he's o.k.
New parts, new paint & a chance to change the bike a lil bit. Gotta look on the bright side some times!

Almost got hit like that by a woman digging in her purse for her cell phone. She shoved me almost into the intersection while I was steadily trying to find the horn button. I kept inching forward just off of her bumper for a good ten feet.

It's amazing that she wouldn't think to put it in park.
