Not worried about belt breakage, both my bikes get used the way I have always liked to ride, belts pulleys are checked regularly.Too many years dealing with chains, not worth it anymore for this cat.

Running belt - but that's the way the bike came when I bought it. All previous bikes had chains and I never had a problem. Carried around a chain repair kit for years and never used it. Think if the sales person would have asked me what I wanted on the bike when I bought it, I would have chosen chain due to past experience.
