Depends which logo they have on them. Bar & shield logo only adds 2-3 HP. Willie G Skull logo adds a solid 5 HP. If you have other Willie G Skull add ons, it can go as high as 200 HP!

The secret to making everything better in the south is beer. Not just adding it to your cooking, but drinking large quantities to the point where you honestly believe everything you do is better than how them damn Yankees do it!

Sigh, Let's sit down and chat for just a second about bbq.
First off, as was stated previously, bbq is cooked on a smoker, not a grill. BBQ is what is known as "indirect cooking" of meat usually at temperatures of approximately 225 degs and is never done directly over the heat source. The heat source can be pure wood, charcoal briquets (sp), natural (lump) charcoal, or even gas.
A BBQ "rub" is a mixture of dry spices that are applied to the meat prior to cooking. BBQ sauce is generally NOT basted on the meat during the cooking process although some will baste on a "finishing sauce" during the last 15 minutes or so in order to caramelize the sugars in the sauce.
BBQ has a stigma associated with it that only inbred drunken redneck hillbilly Southerners; 6 fingers and smiling behind 5 teeth at their single wide trailer enjoy it and no upper crust self respecting blue blood ivy league elitist would be caught dead licking their fingers after they've thrown that rib bone on the pile.
My apologies to the inbred drunken redneck hillbilly Southerners on this forum who may have been offended by being mentioned in the same sentence as "them".
Similarly to making fun of BBQ, to be called "Yankee" down here really is an insult with good reason.
JW; pass the pool room slaw, please.
