I don't like my wife's 5th Gen either...no visibility and at 6'2 I feel like I'm sitting in sardine can. I like all the conveniences, but if I cared about that I'd own a lot newer bike.
BTW...I see you're right down the road from me. We'll have to go for a ride one of these days if my bike would ever make it that far. I'm over in Montgomery...

We can see some real home-away-from-homes herein.
As my home has 2-3 weeks of rain a year, I hardly need walls, just the opposite, ventilation for the 100+ days.
Nothing on-par with you folks but here's the repair station.
Gotta admit I LIKE that car!

Built an addition to my existing garage. I made one side for the bike and the other for my car. The new area is a lot bigger than the original. When I built I want to go bigger but I live in a older suburb and I am on a corner so the local county codes would only let me go as big as I did.

Here's a few poorly taken photos of mine. That's a lotta years' worth of accumulated work samples and personal momentos, (aka "crap"). Wife's happy it's all outta the house and I'm happy I didn't have to toss it all. Win win. The place was a dump for the first 8 or 9 years after moving in - slowly but surely it's come together. Now its a cool place to hang out although a bit toasty in the summer.
