I like the idea of the removable liner. You're already needing chaps in east TX? It's 68 here now in SA.

How long have you had the chaps? How are they holding up? Are they worth the money?

Had em 2 yrs now.
I wouldn't hesitate to git em again. They have been worth their weight in gold to me.
They are the best pair of chaps I've had.

KNow you can git cheaper chaps, but when you got cold, what is it worth to knock the chill off.
Go to a Cycle Gear near you and see if they got the Street and Steel chaps with the removable liner like showed in the picture.

Thanks for the info. I bought a helmet at my local CycleGear and they treated me nice. They only had a few chaps in stock, and none in my size. They said they can order any size and have them available in a few days. I would like to try them on before I buy. This will probably be a Christmas gift this year.
