How much time to spend cleaning a bike?

None, I like to look around for one of those bikini bike washes for charity and let the ladies do the cleaning while I sit and watch.

I have a self cleaning bike,
it gets cleaned everytime I ride in the rain, which is just about every day I ride it here in the PNW.

Wipe her off every 2 weeks for 30 mins she's scared of water when it's not falling from te sky

30-60n minutes every few weeks...8-10 hours, twice a year to do a full detailing job on her.

And I do this with 2 bikes..and still manage to ride 12-18K per year here in Michigan

Two hours a week. Can't stand it when it's dirty.

I clean it after every ride. Hose it down, soap it up, hose it down, apply lemon scented pledge. Takes about 20 minutes.

A good cleaning takes about an hour. And that happens maybe once every couple months or after I get back from a road trip. In between just a wipe down or quick wash. Showroom clean is just that. For show.

i never wash any of my bikes. theyre lucky if i wipe the bugs off the mirrors once a season.
