Default Sucks to be you guys!

Having to put your bikes up for the winter, at least you northern guys. Sorry, just making myself feel better since I've been without a bike for the last couple months. Had to sell a couple months back and was unable to buy another this year. It was miserable not being able to ride in the gorgeous Fall weather that we had this year. But now I'm not sad because this was always the worst time of the year for me, storing the ride. I've been told it will suck even worse if I don't have another ride when Spring rolls around.

I don't get this, it's too cold to ride chit. It's a sunny 80* day here.

I hate to say it, but I live in Utah of a reason. May get some "boos" on this one, but the scoot is just a way to pass time until we get to ride powder again. There's a big part of me that would choose forever winter if I could.

Think of it this way... you get to spend all winter planning what bike you're going to get in spring.

The fastest winter since I started riding was the winter I spent researching what bike to get, deciding what mods I'd need etc.

This winter, I'm hoping to get the garage set up with heat so I can get some of the parts I've bought on the bike.

Well then I guess it sucks to be you! I can always pull my bike out on the nicer warmer winter days and take a putt.

i'm in NY, still riding, i'm not going to put it up this year, i'll go a week without riding but once the ice and snow melt and the roads are dry i'll take it out.

i may actually buy chaps since it is friggin cold and long johns aren't cutting it and those riding pants metric riders wear look even gayer...

yeah but 6 months out of the year it's unbearably hot there... i can't stand riding in 90-100+ degree weather either. on hot days i'm out at 6:00 AM and home by 11:00 because it's just unbearable, couldn't imagine dealing with that for so long and everyday with no relief.
