I bought a pair of chaps from them 2 years ago, still using them and they are still in great shape. I've worn them in all kinds of weather.

Thumbs up

I've had good luck with Leather Up products. I get all my leather from them. Great price and good quality. Their sizes do run small, so go up at least one or two sizes. No complaints.

This doesn't make sense to me.

Go log back into the account (it's based on your email account). You can even reset your password if you've forgotten it. Then look through your old order number (under Order History) and check the status on each one, as needed, until you find the order and item that was returned.

At least then you'd have a place to start a dialogue.

I've done this with LU so I know what their process is.

https://www.leatherup.com/p/Mens-Lea...est/96932.html

and

is it just the slight difference in collar ?

Buffalo leather vs. cow leather?

Just a guess from the item descriptions....
