A month or so ago we were introduced to a new vendor by the name of Balanced Brake Corp. I placed an order with them and since over a month had passed and I had not received the product I sent several emails and placed several calls leaving messages for someone to return my calls.

To make a long story short, I finally made contact and was informed that the owner had passed away. Balanced Brake Corp. was a one man operation and the representative is trying to revive the operation but did not know if he would be successful.

Therefore, I would not place an order with them until such time as they are truly in business.
