License Plate Bag .. Anyone use one of these?

I don't have that particular bag, but for the one I have I put the soft side of some wide velcro under it so it would rub on that and not the fender.

you have the velcro stuck to the bag, or stuck to the bike? If stuck to the bag, the fuzzy stuff is soft enough to not rub the paint?

I have it stuck to the fender so the bag can rub on it. The velco does not seem to hurt the paint when peeled off, although I have it on there for a more permanent fix so I do not know if it would after a long period of time.
