I'm very curious about what people are thinking about this story.

I'm also very curious to see how much money they get if this is successful.

Interesting stuff...

I hope it is successful. I don't buy anything that has a design that resembles the death head logo (Such as on T-Shirts) as it is the same kind of ripoff the Japanese bike companies do when they design their bikes to look like Harleys.

Yeah, read about this yesterday. Its their trademark stuff so they do have the right to go after them. Regardless, I would sure NOT want to be caught wearing any of it by a member or affiliate. They are really REALLY sensitive about this. Pity the poor fool who does........

It's no different than the MOCO suing over the use of the Bar-N-Shield or any number of other trademark infringements. The H.A. makes allot of $$$ off of their merchandise and are protecting their interests just like most anyone else would.

Just my opinion.....I could be wrong it wouldn't be the 1st time.

I wonder what that stuff looks like.......I saw some rings in Sturgis that looked an awfully lot like the deathhead, though not the same as. ....the Angels there were selling them but they were selling them to anyone who wanted one.

As biker lifestyle gets cheapened by the day, its nice to see that the local 81 is still fighting to protect themselves from succumbing to the big lame pseudo biker fashion show!

Registered trademark = infringement

For obvious reasons, I can't stand them. But they have a trademark on the DH, and I just saw a pic of the ring in question. No doubt in my mind that there's an infrigement. Let them have their right.

Infringement, plain and simple.
