It's likely a matter if they have it officially trademarked, which they probably do.

I just Googled the designer. $495 for a chain wallet. Crazy and some of it looks like a trademark ripoff. Now the real question is who would pay that much money to look tough?

Pretty much everybody that buys stuff at every HD dealer/boutique.

I'm thinking most of these people wearing this stuff don't run in the same circles as the Hells Angels.
