Air Pressure Question:
Is pressure just pressure? will the pressure be different if I check it on the jack stand
VS checking it when it is on the kick stand? Will the weight of the bike make a difference
in how the pressure reads? Thanks.

Inflated
Spend the bucks and get HD's tire gauge/depth combo, it's a precision instrument, and if ya keep your tires properly inflated you'll get greater mileage as well...but we all know that right?

So, if checking the air pressure is to be accurate, one must use an official HD guage on a tire that's been filled with official HD air at a HD dealer?
That must only work when using official HD marked Dunlop tires!!!!

In easy to understand terms..... not saying your dumb just I was before I got one ..... Get the pressure gauge that has the round PSI reading a tub that goes to the thingy that you push on to the tire and you will get accurate PSI as long as you have not road the bike and got the tires hot. Mine is called an ACCU Gauge and I got it from Adance Auto Parts Store. Will not use anything else to check my tires.

Why doesn't the tire pressure read more when there is the weight of the (?) on the tires ?
Does the vehicle weight just not have enough significance ?
guts ta know ? some engineering principal here ?
