Default Just when you thought you've seen it all

I always tell people that nothing surprises me about the rigged up stuff people do to theyre bikes anymore. Ive seen it all in my shop, or so i thought...

Apparently, he broke off the exhaust studs, tried (unsuccessfully) to drill them out, then said F*** it and drilled another hole in the head. Not only that but the exhaust flange was JB welded to the head. Yep, thats right. And there were pieces of metal that were driven in like a wedge to try and hold the exhaust on.

The lower fork leg was also JB welded where it was broken...

The rear fender. The seat is held down by the bungee strap btw, and possibly the tailight/license plate held on by said bungee strap also.

1998 Dyna WG. What a shame. There are SOOOO many other problems with this bike i dont know where to begin

Needless to say this guy is serious about riding and not about washing and waxing!

Wow. QA, safety and looks were not high on the priority list for this guy. Time for a new scoot instead of trying to make all that stuff right/safe.
