Probably the worst example I remember had a wood screw holding the distributor in place.

Is that a "ride it like you stole it" mentality, and matching maintenance plan? The bike diminishes the value of an otherwise perfectly good bungee strap.

Default Gross Negligence

Guy I used to work with tried to sell me his softail springer, but he wanted to much for it so I passed. He sold it to another guy at work who later decided to have some motor work done. Come to find out the cylinder studs were threaded steel stock from the local hardware store. It would figure cause he was an electrician. Most aircraft electricians, that I have known, don't know jack about anything mechanical or do they care to.

i have bunged a seat on before.. what is wrong with that?.. i would trade my jb weld free shovel for it..been looking for a newer bike to work on..

Many people do not know a thing about bolt taper, and can't figure out why all thread rod can't keep a nut tight on it, lmao.



Don't knock JB Weld. It's keeping our economy from falling apart further, lmao.
