With all due respect, this is old news aready, announced by Harley clear back in August. Check the cam threads about how to improve the 103.

Comes standard on the Road Glide Ultra, Ultra Limited, 2011 Road King Classic, and available as a factory-installed option on the 2011 Street Glide® and Road Glide Custom models.
