Yes and no. I went in on opening day and saw some familiar faces, one of them I hoped not to see. There is one department that can make or break it and that is the parts department. Not everyone buys a new bike or has service work done but at some point everyone needs parts and the parts guy that Shumate had (I won't mention names as I don't know his but think leprechaun) I was not fond of. They hired him so I'll continue to not buy there. Had Matt or Ryan been at the counter I would have been thrilled.
