Can anyone recomend the best way to wear head phones with a full face helmet. I bought and ipod this weekend and the sone earphones that wrap around the ear and pop into place but when I put the helmet on one or both pop out and i cant hear or they squish my ear and hurt...uggghh

 

I found some speaker for the full face helmet on e bay; they have different types, just type in speaker for helmets; they work easy, had to modify them because of the wires,
