(Keep in mind, too, that speeding is much more tightly enforced in Europe than in the US. Limiting what motorcycles and cars can do is a small part of a huge issue.)

Should get rid of them and most of the UK parasites, sorry politicians as the first cost cutting measure!
This imposition does nothing to help the environment, the economy, or the quality of life.

I agree with this. Just look at radars and radar detectors, the man comes out with a new radar and soon after some company comes out with a detector for it.
