Been a problem for years. In the good ol days (20-30 years ago), businesses had to worry about customer satisfaction to survive. These days, especially with internet, they have SO MUCH business that even if you are able to get the word out to a large number of people, it will only be a fraction of the sales they get. Sad, but true. Not saying that you should not let as many know as possible as has been done, but it will not impact them as much as it should. Thanks for the warning and I will never use them!
