I love the skull theme on a blacked out, curved exhaust, ape hangered bike. When I get around to doing this, it will truely be "my" bike, a bike like no other.

 

I've kind of gone with a "patriot theme." Derby cover is engraved with my old USAF wings, timing cover is a USAF shield, I have a POW-MIA horn cover and I fly the U.S. and POW-MIA flags on the tour pack.

 

I try to keep a good looking woman on the back of my bike. I can think of several good theme names to go with that concept.

 

Who cares if it's been "done to death." If you like skulls, put 'em on! Your bike. Do what makes YOU happy. Kind of a pirate ship theme.

mine is as much chrome as i can afford. Chrome wont get you home, but it will get you laid....

 

I have a friend down the road that rides. We are polar opposites on the cleaning. He cleans his all summer so it looks good when he rides. I clean mine all winter to keep the salt from corroding the parts.
