I have all 3 and am actually thinking about buying the helmet that is in between the half and three-quarters. I tried one on the other day and thought is was great.

I know several people who have. Some chin bars held up and some didn't, even on the same model helmets. I guess it all depends on the crash circumstances? For maximum protection, FF is the best.

Bro it all comes down to it’s your grape. When you hit the floor going 80 and your grape bounces off the freeway, you will have to decide which is more important.

I dumped my last scoot doing 85. Cage came into my lane, cutting across four lanes, so he wouldn’t miss his turn off, while he was on the phone and eating a cheeseburger.

From the rider’s edge and the skills riders course one thing was said all day, “all of your equipment all of the time.” It does suck when it is 90 degrees and everyone is in wife beaters and a skid-lid. They ask, “aren’t you hot?” I answer, “yes I am, but I'm not at work and I’m riding.” That generally stops the silly questions; however, when I skidded nearly 150 feet and I watched my scooter go end over end; however, I stood up and brushed myself off… worth the heat.

I ware chaps, FXRG gloves and jacket and an Aria full-face helmet all the time. Just my preference
