I ran the Metz on my Deuce and loved them, best tire on the market in my mind.

Yeah I'd recommend putting Ride On tire sealant in whatever tires you buy.

Yes i went with the scorchers. And yes to a passenger. No to SE, the 2000 Deuce was not offered as a SE.

I had Avons on my 2005 Deuce and really liked them, better than the Metzelers in my opinion. I think the sport touring tire was the Storm, as 2deuce said they don't make the Venom in your size for the rear.
