Glad your ok take time and heal up. It is amazing how fast an accident occurs. Mine according to my gps I went from 30 mph to 0 in 0.05 seconds. Broke my arm in my accident and will pretty much be sidelined til next year.

Adjuster for the other guy's insurance company called me back today regarding the repairs. My attorney said it was ok to deal with them directly on the property damage portion only.

The dealer needs to replace the tire front forks, left side hand controls, left side pegs, front exhaust pipe, tank, front fender, derby cover, left side rear lamp, AND THE FRAME (apparently the oil cooler mounting tab was bent, along with the neck). Total cost to repair is $7600. Adjuster said it wouldn't be totaled unless repairs reach $9900 or so.

Not sure how I can hold out for them to total it when it doesn't meet the threshold for a total loss.
