Open face balaclava?

Open face balaclava?
I need something to keep my head and neck warm under my FF and figured a balaclava is the way to go. However, I'd much prefer an open face design versus one that covers my mouth and nose... like this one from Alpinestars:

Anyone using this particular item? I need something that won't bunch up under my FF. Any other recommendations?

I've used both but when that temp gets right down there in the 30's and less there is nothing that compares to having everything covered but your eyes. Makes a huge difference, but you have to get a good tight fitting one. There are a lot of poor quality and poor fitting cheap ones out there. Spend a little extra and you'll find it very comfortable and well worth it.

I use a Bikers Comfort ST Wind Balaclava but pull it down under my (big) nose.
It's pretty stretchy material, you could pull it down under your chin if you wanted to.
I also have a breath deflector in my FF helmet

I wear one with my full face. As the poster above mentions, you simply pull it down under your chin if needed. I found mine on eBay.

I have one from Academy Sports that works great. cost about 15.00 plus tax. You can pull it up and just have your eyes showing or, pull it down under your chin and have your whole face showing

I use an UnderArmour Coldgear one that I bought for $25 bucks. Looks like the others above, and is a thin lycra type material. It is convertible (can be used three different ways). http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/e...od/8000022-001

I use a very similar ones and find them very comfortable. One of mine is all thin material and keeps the wind off the neck and works in most conditions. I have another that is thin under the helmet but more of a polar fleece around the neck. I use this for temps in the 30's or on the snowmobile.
