I agree jacks are over rated...table lifts are much better. That looks like a parked motorcycle with the rear wheel stolen off it, was this picture taken in Baltimore County? Is that Edward Scissorhands making an animal shrubbery in the background?

Cherry picker comes in handy too.....more portable than a tree.

Ever here the phrase " Necessity is the mother of invention " ? Like some posts said you do what you have to when needed , some of us didn't have that silver spoon growing up .

I don't see anything wrong with what that guy did either. Hell, with a good stout limb and a come a long, I could lift up the *** end of my truck.

Well, maybe not.

I remember using an old swing set and a hoist to pull an engine out of my car.

You my friend are lucky to still have all your fingers or it was a real small motor .
