If you want to see who your friends really are, get married in an inconvient place.. We hiked up Mt. LeConte in Great Smoky Mountains to get married.. 8 miles rd trip.. only true friends would make a trip like that.. they will bitch but they will still do it..

Our son had a motorcycle in their wedding. While the femmes spent the day prepping, he, his Dad, some uncles and friends spent the afternoon riding, ending up at the out of town site. We could hear them coming down the highway, and then they made quite a parade entrance down the long drive way.
Bikes were parked for the service, but they made their entrance into the hall on his bike. He came in with a bit of speed, launched themselves over the door entrance and caught a little air! Did interesting things to her bell shaped multi layered dress! It was parked inside and used for wedding snaps all evening.
Ah damn guys, you gave me happy teariness to start my day.

Read some of the threads here about how people have gone into HOG all excited but come out pissed off and disappointed a few years later. I wouldn't make it a HOG event. HOG comes and HOG goes, but wedding pictures are forever.
Wouldn't you hate to look back in 5 years and be surrounded by a bunch of people you can't stand any more? It happens.

I'm more traditional; Church, God's blessings, the whole thing.
I did tease her when she turned fifty that I was gonna trade her for two twenty-fives.
Well, it's been 31 years and we're still going strong. But just like a bike as old, the pipes are a bit louder yet she still purrs nicely.

I had a bike at my wedding... after me and my woman walked out of the church we turned around to take a bunch of pics. She bought me a harley and had them unload it behind us while we were taking pics, I turned around and saw it... very very awesome!

I love bikes and will be getting married in the spring and have thought about doing something with the bikes in the wedding, but I'm going to stick with the beach. Some things in my life are not for bikes.
