Honda's are hardly the bastions of trouble free performance that you would be led to believe they are.

Steve Saunders Runs this website from Ireland and lives there as well, and, the majority of these bikes are circa 1980-1990 or so.
Parts are hard to find over there, and costs $$$$$.
Maybe comparing apples to apples would be more appropriate.

Ok, I will chime in. Specially since I JUST went to the Alton, IL Harley Dealer and they just happen to be a Honda Dealer as well.

lol, now that is funny. Bummer you didn't know about this thread before you went in. You could have sat on the GW and blue denim UC as well!! That do not sit sign is just a suggestion, it's not sold.
That was the first time I had been into that dealer. I live down at Scott AFB and just like to ride here and there sometimes. So far I think the Bluff road south of the JB bridge in Illinios is my favorite ride in the area. Specially in the evening.
As for the "feeding the trolls". Its fun. If you don't agree, don't read or post.

Ride what you want, but everywhere I have lived, there are lots of honda dealerships. Honda products are actually pretty widely available in the US.

Good luck finding a Honda motorcycle dealership when you break down on the Wing.

Personally if I had it to do over again I would pass on a 2007 touring bike until the company can get some major concerns with the primary and transmission straightened out.It has the potential to be one of the best bikes yet. You've been forwarned,be careful with this decision.
