Default Keep a Look Out

I was changing the clutch cable out for a Braided Stainless.

Had the cover off and got ahold of the snap ring. Brought it out real careful. I couldn't believe how well it was going.

I heard a "ting" and saw a blur go by my nose. With the tension that thing was under, I figure it is somewhere over Nashville.

If someone sees it land give me a shout.

My father used to call them Jesus pins, because whenever he removed one he would say "Jesus H C..... where did that go!"

Use snap ring pliers next time. They're pretty cheap.

Mcmaster Carr pn#98410A118 (100 pcs) under $10 and identical to the HD 11143 so just grab another one.

And it usually happens when you think this will be a quick mod and the auto parts store is closed!!! Not such a bad idea on the safety glasses thing, you could put an eye out with those. I usually use that phrase when I see a woman who's perky, if you know what I mean, and I think you do.
