How do I baffle my Pythons???
I know, I know, give them an algebra test. Seriously though, the bike is in fact too damn loud and a few of the neighbors have strongly hinted to that effect. Is there such a thing as a universal "baffle" or baffle material? Is it going to be expensive to get things down to a dull roar?
Any advice/help appreciated as always...

Call Drag Specialties. They produce the pipes and also make a set of baffles for them.
I've called and discussed the baffles with them before. Get a tech on the line and he can give you the part numbers.

Depends on the model, I think . Surf here: http://www.pythonperformance.com Under at least the Staggered Duals, they list a baffle.

That is correct, I have the staggered duals. That is why I know they are offered for that. I can't comment on the other pipes.
I moved into a development that has loud motorcycles specifically banned in the Home Owners Assoc rules. As yet I haven't bought the baffles. So far, I just idle out in second and try to coast back in.

I do the same but the neighbor woman is a rich nutcase. Her husband has two Harleys, but she de-nutted that boy a long time ago...

I looked into the pipes and it seems to be a straight shot but with some metal "rifling swirling around the inside edge. Looks like maybe the baffles were punched out and left in place, but I don't claim to know what I am looking at or for...

After trying many exhaust, I just installed the new SuperTrapp Fat Shots. Awesome rumble and not loud at all. Bike runs better with the back pressure. Should have done this sooner !!
