My office is only about a 5 min ride from home. At the end of the day it usually takes me well over an hour to get back.

I here ya, I have really bad back probs. When I'm on my bike it don't hurt I can ride all day and no pain.I get home and after 10/15 min my back starts to hurt again .
I think it's because I enjoy riding so much I just put the pain aside .
